Welcome to Tangua Tour. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a tour with us, you accept these terms in full.
Booking & Reservation:
1. Advance Payment: A minimum booking deposit (as specified for each tour) is required to secure your reservation.
2. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
3. Accuracy: Guests must provide accurate information (Name, Contact, NID) during the booking process.
Traveler Responsibilities:
1. Identification: All guests must carry their original National ID (NID) or Passport. This is mandatory for security checks at the Haor area.
2. Eco-Friendly Travel: Tanguar Haor is a protected environment. You must not throw plastic, polythene, or any waste into the water. Violation of this rule may result in fines from the local administration.
3. Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards the locals and other travelers. Loud music or disruptive behavior at night is prohibited.
Safety & Liability:
1. Life Jackets: For your safety, wearing life jackets is mandatory during boat movement or swimming in the Haor.
2. Risk: While we take all safety precautions, Tangua Tour is not liable for accidents resulting from a guest's negligence or violation of safety rules.
3. Valuables: We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings like mobile phones, cameras, or cash.
Changes to Itinerary:
We reserve the right to modify the route or activities due to weather, mechanical issues with the boat, or government-imposed restrictions. Our priority is always your safety.
