48 Hours Before Tour:

0% refund

Non-Refundable Cases:

No-show: (if you don't arrive for the tour)

Weather conditions (if the tour has already started)

Personal reasons for last-minute cancellations

If you decide to leave the tour midway for personal reasons.

In case of sudden natural disasters (e.g., flash floods), government restrictions, or extreme weather warnings:

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the trip for your safety.

In such cases, you can Reschedule your trip for a later date or receive a refund (excluding non-refundable costs like pre-booked boat or food advances).
